tradiebird

Terms

Draft. Have this checked by a lawyer before you take real customers, and fill in the bracketed details.

These terms are between you (the business using Tradiebird) and [Business name] (ABN [ABN]).

The service

Tradiebird answers calls diverted to your Tradiebird number, gives prices from the price book you set, books jobs into your calendar and sends you alerts. It's an AI: it can misunderstand callers. Check bookings in the app, and keep your price book accurate. Tradiebird is not an emergency service; it tells callers to ring 000 when lives or property are at risk.

Free trial, billing and cancelling

New businesses get a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and is charged monthly in advance, including GST. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; Tradiebird stops answering at the end of the paid month. We don't refund part months except where the law requires.

Fair use

Each plan includes about the monthly call minutes shown on our pricing. If you regularly use far more, we'll talk to you about the right plan. We won't cut you off mid-month without warning.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to divert your calls, tell us accurate prices, honour bookings or contact customers to change them, and use Tradiebird lawfully, including call-recording and privacy laws.

Our responsibilities and limits

We'll provide Tradiebird with reasonable care and skill and keep it running as reliably as we can, but we can't promise it'll never be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits or jobs, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you at least 14 days before a change that affects you materially.
